(“Pluto”, “us”, “we”, or “our”). By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the Terms, you may not access or use our Services.
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to our Services at any time, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including but not limited to a breach of the Terms. In the event that we terminate your access to the Services, and you are a paid user, your subscription will be refunded on a pro-rata basis.
If your access to the Services is terminated as mentioned in Section 1, we will refund the unused portion of your subscription fees on a pro-rata basis. This refund will be calculated based on the remaining days in your subscription period at the time of termination.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall Pluto, its affiliates, or their respective directors, officers, employees, agents, or partners be liable for any damages or losses exceeding the total subscription amount paid by you in the last 12 months for the Services. This limitation applies to any and all claims arising out of or related to your use of the Services, whether based on warranty, contract, tort, or any other legal theory, and whether or not Pluto has been informed of the possibility of such damage or loss.
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide reasonable notice of any changes by posting the updated Terms on our App or website. Your continued use of our Services after the updated Terms are posted constitutes your acceptance of the changes. If you do not agree to the new Terms, you must stop using our Services.
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
